These terms apply to everyone who uses the Bridge for Services platform. By creating an account, you accept them.

1. What we provide

An online platform where Egyptian suppliers present their companies and products and international buyers contact them, send buy requests and receive quotes. We also offer optional services such as verification, sourcing support and logistics.

2. Your account

Accounts are for businesses. Keep your information accurate and your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Plans and fees

Buyers use the platform for free. Suppliers can use the free Starter plan or a paid plan. We do not take a commission on deals between buyers and suppliers.

4. Rules for suppliers

Publish accurate information, keep your promises on quality and delivery, and only offer products that can be legally exported.

5. Rules for buyers

Use the platform for genuine business needs and respect the terms you agree with suppliers.

6. Payments for goods

Payments for goods are made directly between buyer and supplier. Bridge for Services is not a party to these contracts.

7. Responsibility

We work hard to verify suppliers but cannot guarantee every transaction. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the last 12 months.

8. Closing an account

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
