What is Bridge for Services?
A B2B marketplace where international importers find Egyptian producers. Suppliers publish their company and products, buyers search them or post a buy request, and both sides talk directly. Around the deal, our team in Alexandria offers paid services: freight, customs, inspection, warehousing and sourcing.
Who is it for?
Buyers are importers, distributors, wholesalers, retail chains and brands outside Egypt. Suppliers are Egyptian factories, farms, cooperatives and workshops that hold a commercial register and want to export.
How does Bridge for Services make money?
From supplier plans (Growth and Elite) and from the services we sell around a deal, such as freight or inspection. We never take a commission on the goods you buy or sell, and buyers never pay to use the platform.
Are you the seller of the goods?
No. The contract of sale is always between the buyer and the supplier. We check suppliers, connect you and, if you ask, handle logistics, but the goods, the price and the invoice come from the supplier.
Which languages can I use?
The whole site works in English and Arabic. You can write to suppliers in either language, and our team answers in both.
Buying from Egypt
What does it cost to buy?
Nothing. Buyer accounts, messages and buy requests are free, with no limit.
Why are supplier names hidden?
To protect suppliers from scrapers and bots, company names and contacts are shown only to logged-in members. Create a free account and everything becomes visible.
Why do most products say "Ask for a quote"?
Export prices depend on quantity, packing, season and the shipping term. Many suppliers prefer to quote each request. When a supplier shows volume prices, you will see them on the product page.
What is a buy request?
You describe what you need once: product, quantity, shipping term, destination and the date you need it. Matching suppliers send you a quote, and you compare them side by side in your dashboard. Each supplier can send one quote per request, and the request closes on its own at the deadline you set.
Can I get samples?
Products marked "Samples available" can be sampled. Ask for them in your message. The sample cost and courier fee are agreed with the supplier.
What do MOQ, FOB and CIF mean?
MOQ is the minimum order quantity. FOB means the supplier delivers the goods onto the ship at the Egyptian port and you pay the sea freight. CIF means the supplier also pays freight and insurance to your port. Every product shows its shipping term and the named port.
Selling abroad
Who can list a company?
Any Egyptian company with a commercial register and a tax card. You can open your account and publish products right away. Badges come after our team reviews your documents.
What do the plans include?
Starter is free: up to 5 published products and 15 replies to buyers per month. Growth ($29 a month or $290 a year) gives 25 products, unlimited replies and dispute support. Elite ($79 a month or $790 a year) gives unlimited products, featured placement, clearance deals and access to requests reserved for Trusted Partners.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new supplier gets Growth free for 60 days. When the trial ends you move to Starter automatically and nothing is deleted. Products already online stay online, but you can publish new ones only within the Starter limit of 5.
How do I pay for a plan?
Online payment is coming soon. For now, choose your plan in your dashboard. Our team sends you the bank details, then activates the plan as soon as the transfer arrives.
What counts as a reply?
Your first answer to a buyer message and every quote you send on a buy request. Follow-up messages in the same conversation are free and unlimited.
How do I get the Verified or Trusted Partner badge?
Open "Verification" in your dashboard and upload your commercial register and tax card. For Trusted Partner, also add the legal representative's ID, your certificates and a recent export invoice. We call you, check the documents and, for Trusted Partner, run a video or on-site visit. Badges are valid for 12 months.
Money, contracts and disputes
How does the buyer pay the supplier?
Directly, outside the platform, by bank transfer or letter of credit. We do not hold money in escrow. For first orders we recommend a letter of credit, or a deposit with the balance paid against shipping documents.
What does a badge guarantee?
That a person on our team checked the company's legal documents and, for Trusted Partners, its certificates, export history and site. A badge is not a guarantee of each shipment. For that, use a pre-shipment inspection, which we can organise.
What happens if something goes wrong?
Write to us with the conversation reference. With Growth and Elite suppliers, our team mediates between both sides. We can suspend or remove any supplier who breaks our terms.
Can anyone leave a review?
No. Only buyers who have exchanged messages with a supplier can review it, and every review is read by our team before it is published.

Freight forwarding by sea, air and road, export customs and certificates, pre-shipment inspection, warehousing near the port, cold chain and sourcing support. You choose only the services you need.
How fast do I get a price?
Send the route, volume and services on the services page. We reply with one clear price within two business days. The freight estimate on product pages is only a rough range for planning.
